You'll often hear it called
"Cabin" or "The Cabin"
That's just code for a cute little coffee shop that started it’s roots in downtown Defiance, one of the most visited spots on the block. The Cabin has been long established; adorned in this hunting, woodsy lodge deco since its opening in 2003. It is really unlike any other downtown space - the exposed brick walls, stuffed woodland creatures, tin roofing, and rich mahogany wood accents create an inviting and fun atmosphere.
Then the Cabin enlarged it’s tent stakes and opened a second location on the Southside of Defiance, replicating the downtown location’s theme and feeling with a bit of an updated feeling also with the long awaited and requested drive-thru. The second location has been happily running alongside the founding location since October of 2018, with a third opening inside of Northwest State Community College in the fall of 2022.
“DOWNTOWN CABIN”
The original location. The mother of all coffee shops. Where it all began. Located in Downtown Defiance, our original shop is situated in the heart of our little community. “THE SOUTHSIDE”
The next Cabin to take shape, gained its nickname by it’s location just like our original shop. This second location is situated on the Southside of Defiance near our school system. It’s known for the drive-thru and open concept area inside for groups, chats, or just alone time with your favorite cup of coffee. Read more about our Southside location here.
“CABIN FEVER AT NSCC”
NOW OPEN! We are very excited to partner with Northwest State Community College in Archbold, OH. Now serving the students + staff of NSCC and the surrounding Archbold community including Four County Vocational School too.. The college welcomes people that do not take classes into their facilities. Come see us!
